Last Collection Times (2010-07-18)

The postmen and postwomen in Slough seem to be pretty lax in replacing the last collection tags from the postboxes. How am I supposed to know whether I've missed the last collection, or not? I'll be complaining to the Royal Mail later on today.

Update: I've just complained, and will let you know what reply I get.

2010/07/21 20:41 Earlier today, I got an e-mail from the Royal Mail. Apart from some shocking misuse of the apostrophe ("take the necessary action to get the issue's resolved" and "I hope your happy with the action"), I am very impressed with the response. The local manager will undertake an audit of all 245 post boxes in his area.
