Dear Sir or Madam,
On 6th July, I visited your store on Farnham Road. While I was there, I noticed you had a promotion for £5 off a £25 iTunes voucher. I wanted to buy an iTunes voucher, so decided to buy one from your store. When I got to the checkout, I was charged £25. The woman on the customer services till went to check the promotional sign, and found that the offer expired on 20th June. Despite the small print stating this being hidden from view by other vouchers, she refused to honour the £5 discount, and simply removed the voucher from display.
I wouldn't have found this acceptable, even if the small print had been visible, but to not honour the discount when the small print was hidden from view is completely unacceptable.
I hope that you will look into this, and issue me with a £5 refund.
Thanks in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Rob Dickson
