Dear Sir or Madam,

I arrived home yesterday to find my copy of Slough Express sticking half-way out of my letterbox. Although this doesn't matter this week, had I been away on holiday, this would just have been advertising the fact that I was on holiday, which, I'm sure you will appreciate, isn't acceptable.

Although this hasn't happened very often recently, I have had to complain about this several times in the past, and even happening once isn't acceptable.

Would you please speak again to whoever delivers our newspapers to make sure that this doesn't happen in the future?

I still haven't received a reply to my e-mail.

This has happened on at least 3 occasions since I e-mailed you (with the issues dated 2nd July 2010, 21st May 2010, and 7th May 2010). When will you be doing something about this?

Thank-you for your e-mail. Nobody has bothered replying to either of my e-mails before.

My address is at the end of my first e-mail and also in the subject of the e-mail.
