Dear Sir or Madam,
I travelled from Langley to Blackheath on 10th July. According to your website, the train that I wanted to catch (the 15:58) was cancelled, so I delayed leaving home and caught the 16:28. As you're aware, I have complained many times about the lack of a credit card reader on the ticket machine at Langley station, but I found that there is no longer a ticket machine at Langley station at all. I therefore had to buy a permit to travel, and buy a ticket at Paddington. Waiting in the queue at the barrier at Paddington station took at least 10 minutes, resulting in a total delay of about 40 minutes.
I therefore expect you to pay compensation based on the total price of my single ticket (£6.25 with a Network Card discount). I will post the ticket to you later on today.
Yours faithfully,
Rob Dickson
