Tuesday 26th January - Theatre With Sarah
I arrived at Slough station to catch the 17:24, but the train doesn't exist any more, but I arrived in time to see the 17:14 leave, so I had to wait until 17:42. Once at Paddington, I cycled fast to the South Bank to meet Sarah. There was a useful little cycle path from Waterloo roundabout down to the South Bank. Sarah had got us tickets for something about the recession (sorry, I can't remember what it was called). We had a quick bite to eat at EAT (our meal cost too much for me to pay using wavepay, and I got confused when I found out that the toilets smelled nice). Sarah ordered a coffee when we got to the theatre, but had to drink it quickly when we were told we weren't allowed to take hot drinks inside. Obviously the food at EAT wasn't enough because we ordered some crisps as well. We were both tired, which wasn't brilliant, because there was no interval. Afterwards, we had a drink at pub that I'd been into just before meeting the others at Rob's 30th (The Archduke Restaurant). As the name implies, it's more of a restaurant than a pub, but we were allowed to just have a drink.

Wednesday 27th January - Cinema With Gimmer
We had a bite to eat in the Moon and Spoon before going to the cinema, but I just can't remember the name of the film that we went to see, but I do remember not being told what screen to go to, and getting lost!

Thursday 28th January - Dinner With Bird
Bird came round for dinner again. We had chilli with beef mince this time. After dinner, she cut my hair, and then I went for a swim. It was an adults only session, but I wasn't convinced that everybody there was an adult. Thinking about it, they were probably all over 18, I probably just thought that adults only should mean over 30!

Friday 29th January - Beer and Curry with Rodders
We met at The Three Guineas, then had a pint in the 3Bs, before going for a curry at The Everest. We then went for a few pints at a nice local pub (I'm afraid I can't remember the name), followed by a pint at the pub that used to be a Firkin pub (I'm afraid I can't remember its name either), because I had about 40 minutes to wait before my train left.

Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st January
Woke up at 09:15 on Saturday and dozed until 10:00 (we did have a bit too much to drink last night). I didn't do anything that exciting over the weekend. I gimmered around at home, watched TV, shopped, uploaded my blog, chatted on the phone, and went swimming. I had to deal with lots of twats while I was out, if only I'd taken my camera with me, to take some pictures for Twat of the Day.
