According to Complete UK Hit Singles 1952 - 2006, this single was released in 1985. It was in the UK Top 40 for 5 weeks, and got as high as 14 in the chart.

The book says "UK football club formed in Liverpool in 1878 with records released to coincide with appearances in FA Cup finals". Amusingly, it has only ever released two records. The second record was "All Together Now" in 1995.
