Sexist Comments on Local Radio (2009-02-18)

This morning, I was listening to my local radio station (Time 106.6), and the DJ mentioned an article in The Sun (Clegg in dole slip). He started talking about who would earn the money if men stayed at home to look after the kids. I couldn't believe what sexist rubbish I was hearing. The management at Time 106.6 really should employ people who are aware that, in this country, women have the right to work and vote. I e-mailed the radio station to complain.

22/02/09 - I still haven't received a reply from the radio station yet.
