Driver Not Looking (2009-01-21)

This idiot pulled out of a side road while I was cycling along, and knocked into me. Fortunately, he didn't knock me off and didn't seem to do any damage. He did, however, come up with two quality excuses:

1. I'm very sorry, but I was watching the cars.
2. I'm sorry, but I'm taking my kids to school.
