Before going to bed last night, I had a look to see what bets I could put on today's budget, I'd read a news article during the day that said a site was offering odds of 1000:1 of income tax being reduced for people with different coloured eye-brows and hair. While I wouldn't waste any money on this, I did discover that I'd won money by correctly predicting the winner of last year's Eurovision Song Contest! I thought I'd put money on Wales winning the Triple Crown, but I discovered that I'd actually put money on Wales winning the Six Nations, and Ireland winning the Triple Crown. Looking back, I don't think that really made sense!

My boss is now on holiday from now until after Easter. After finishing my first cuppa, the first thing I did was to give the kitchen a good clean. With my boss out of the office, it will stay clean, but it does mean that I have to make the tea all day. Oh well. Feeling a bit hungry, I went to get my sandwiches out of my bag, and realised that I must have left them at home. I needed to take Bird's laptop into Dataplex Computers to get some more memory, so took a quick lunchbreak and got some food at the same time. It only took a few minutes for the bloke to fit some more memory - I hadn't realised that laptops were so easy to work on. All I need to do now is to install a virus checker, a firewall, and spyware checkers, and I can give the laptop back to her. I have no idea when I'll have time to do that!

Nothing particularly interesting happened at work, and I don't remember anybody annoying me on the way to, or from, work. At home, I made a week's worth of smoothies, loaded up the dishwasher, and vacuumed the house. I also checked my e-mail, and quite a few e-mails went backwards and forwards about Gordy's stag do. One thing that was discussed was sitting on the beach, drinking beer, and perving at totty. I checked out Ginger Cherry, and found out that there was a problem with the server. I e-mailed Fasthosts to get the problem fixed.
