Having used the long-life milk for all my tea yesterday, I had more than enough milk for my cereal. Feeling a bit dehydrated, and knowing that I'd get a delivery during the day, I finished the milk off. The weather forecast for today had been terrible, and it wasn't far wrong. It wasn't raining as much as I had expected, but it was very windy. I had considered not cycling because of the wind, but didn't want to use the bus, so put on my wet-weather gear, and cycled into work. I saw the Abel and Cole van while I was cycling along, so I was happy that my delivery would be there when I got home.

I hadn't managed to catch up with everything last Friday, but just managed to get on top of things by the end of today. I got home to find the Abel and Cole delivery on my doorstep. It was a little bit wet because of all the rain, but everything seemed OK inside. Unfortunately, there was no milk! Either Abel and Cole had messed up, or I'd cancelled the milk by mistake. Either way, I couldn't have any tea! I went up to Budgens to get some milk. As I was locking the front door, I noticed that my neighbour had had milk delivered by the milkman today. He was getting in from work as I locked the door, and I almost asked him if I could have a pint. As I was chatting to him, he picked up one of the bottles, and then dropped it. Well, there was no chance of me getting a pint off him now. I offered to get him some more from the shop, but he said that there was no need.

I had to punch a car that almost ran me over while I was crossing a side-road, but, after hurting my hand punching a van last week, I didn't hit it too hard. Back at home, I ate my dinner, followed by a top cup of tea. I then went to check my e-mail, and sort out my finances (still getting over not being able to claim the cost of the phone calls from EBookers). As well as sorting out my finances, I put on two loads of washing, and watched the 10 o'clock news. After hanging out all the washing, it was time for bed.
