Underwater Tea Party (2006-06-27)

I was doing the Guardian Website's News Quiz on the way into London yesterday, and discovered that the world's first underwater tea party had taken place in Portsmouth over the weekend. I couldn't believe that we'd missed out on that! I tried searching the 'net to find out more about it, but couldn't find anything. I don't know how this happened, but while searching for "underwater tea party", I found this site:

I remember her being in BellEnders years ago, but she definitely didn't look like she does now!
